This is a very solid souls-like game, very loosely adapted from Pinocchio. It gets really hard towards the very end of the game as a warning, and if you get the hidden ending (not spoiling it) there's a hint at a future game potentially based around another work of classic fiction set in the same world.

To start off, do not go in expecting the relatively rigid set ups of games like Everquest and World of Warcraft with ESO, this game has relatively free form character building with classes effectively just providing three skill lines and their associated abilities that are unique to them. In terms of time you can spend in game it's a surprising amount for how relatively recent it is but it doesn't rival the older ones unless you include hunting for specific style pages (used to unlock the ability to craft certain equipment styles) and the equivalents for home furnishing items. It does have dungeons which cap at 4 players found in both public (effectively act as open instances) and group (more akin to the typical MMO "gotta be pre-grouped or use a dungeon finder") forms. Trials are the raid equivalent but there's only a handful in comparison to the other content, these cap at 12 players and are otherwise about what you'd expect but perhaps a tad easier than typical raids. The Cyrodiil zone and Imperial City are PvPvE areas accessed through the Campaign menu which serve to allow you to fight for your chosen (or assigned if you don't have the Any Race, Any Alliance Bundle) Alliance in the Three Banners War against other players. World bosses are dotted throughout the zones in preset areas, with the rare exception of ones like the dragons in Northern and Southern Elsweyr which are the zones' equivalent to other zones World Events, which are special PoIs meant to be cleared by groups of players rather than soloed (though they can be soloed with the right builds). I do highly recommend this game if you enjoy the world of the Elder Scrolls franchise and want to play an MMO set in it, for those familiar with the lore this is set in the Second Era prior to Tiber Septim's conquering of Tamriel as Redguard references throughout the game but after the assassination of the Akaviri Potentate that ruled after the Reman Dynasty fell. As of writing this review I've played for 240 hours. Oh, and be careful on the Crown Store, the pricing is only really worth it outside of the DLC section if you're buying things to support the game and the devs rather than to get your money's worth.

As with the other games in this series, I absolutely adore Dark Souls 3. If you're a fan of the old days of video games where very little was fed to you on a spoon and there was maybe a tutorial with minimal hand holding but nothing else, this series is for you. I will however, if you want the challenge of a classic game, go for DS1 and DS3, DS2 is on the meh side for challenge excluding optional bosses.

While not a 1-to-1 remake of the original Half-Life it's very well made and still keeps the major parts of the original plot in tact, providing updated visuals the whole way. Overall I'd recommend Black Mesa to people that either can't deal with the original Half-Life or want to see an updated form of it.

Great game to play casually, It's a nice relaxing life/farm sim that, while tedious at times, remains enjoyable, especially if you play with friends. The farming mechanics are very intuitive and easy to get into a rhythm, the fishing can be kind of painful prior to getting a higher tier fishing rod, and mining can be a little stressful due to the risk of item loss on death. However, if you're careful/persistent enough all of this becomes very simple.

This is one of the best metroidvania style platformers I've ever played, if you're a fan of platformers or metroidvania games, or both, I'd highly recommend getting and playing through this version in particular.

Great game if you want to easily play with friends through the first game, though i will say, if you own Prepare to Die Edition probably best to get this game on sale.

I would recommend this game to other people, however I will warn that you do need to spend a decent amount of time farming materials and the like to progress. It's worth it in my opinion though.

Was recommended this game by friends, Techland did amazingly with this game in my opinion. I've encountered minimal bugs, no gamebreaking bugs either. And they still do put out updates every so often, usually events now, I imagine their focus is on the sequel which I'm excited for.

While I've never actually played a city builder prior I can say that this game has made me fall in love with the genre, it's really fun to try and design your own city.
