Great game, can be challenging at times and makes you want to punch your boyfriend when he does it first try. Highly recommend!

Despite being 10 years old, it's undoubtedly one of the best Metroidvanias I've ever played. Having always been a PlayStation Player, I never had the opportunity to play it, but now that I'm on PC, I'm so happy I gave it a chance. It's a game with gorgeous, never monotonous aesthetics, full of QOFs that greatly enhance the experience, and it's finally a Metroidvania that places the challenge in the platforming, and not just the enemies and bosses, something much more common in recent Metroidvanias. The game is quite short, but I'd say the length is adequate; if you go for 100%, it will definitely take longer, but it doesn't have overly dense backtracking that makes it feel like a burden. Even though I'm a decade late to this game, I definitely recommend it, and anyone who, like me, hasn't tried it yet should definitely give it a chance.
