Him insisting on asking everyone if they were "turtley enough for the turtle club" was annoying enough on its own, but after we managed to get past that and started a game of deep rock galactic, he started roleplaying as a turtle. He'd walk as slow as possible, still doing the impression, and incessantly continued to say phrases like "turtle, turtle" in response to simple requests for help, or to be revived. He was so cool at first, but once he starts the turtle bit, he doesn't stop... needless to say I haven't introduced him to any more friend groups.
