Rome is awesome.

In AC: Brotherhood, Ezio travels to Rome to confront the younger Cesare Borgia for being an evil twit. The plot revolves around the Assassin brotherhood, and gaining ground in society. That was my favorite aspect of the game, the recruiting and training of the assassins.

The actual plot involves Cesare Borgia, the son of the Rodrigo Borgia, or Pope Alexander VI. Cesare is a psychopath in the truest standards. He's relentless and lusts for blood.

As you can imagine, the gameplay is much like the previous game, but with some fixes to the parkour. Also, the graphics look a little bit better. Not much else changed in technical terms though.

It's a great game regardless, and the vast openness of Rome was epic, yet a little boring in the area south of the Coliseum.

A huge step-up from the first game and actually making the present day characters interesting was a bonus. Ezio Auditore has become one of the greatest protagonists in video games for his charm, wit and brute force. The masterful writing in this sequel solidified the AC series as a successful franchise that Ubisoft has clearly played with.

The graphics? Stunning, even years later. The gameplay? Perfected swordfighting. Some might disagree, but it was so fluid and seemless in a number of the fights. The story? Remarkable. The writers have done their research and not only created characters, but also used historical characters in the correct context. This game is just fantastic.

This is the one that started it all. Graphics are clearly advanced for 2007, I mean, stunning really, and it still looks great today. And the gameplay is great. Storywise? Could have used some work in developing the plot beyond collecting information and assassinating Templars only to lead up to a big finale that will make you say, "what?"

Also, Altair is still my favorite Assassin. That outfit, oh man.

This train simulator is the ultimate train simulator. I got it on sale Summer Sale 2012 for, I think, 99 cents. It was a great deal, a steal of a deal, as the graphics are gorgeous, the landscape of the countries you travel around are well modeled and textured. This is an absolutely great game, whether or not you're a fan of managing simulators.

It's fun but certainly not revolutionary.

Plants vs. Zombies is a one sided tower defense game. You get power from the sun and plant, er, plants to defend civilization, your house, from relentless zombies.

That's pretty much it.

Addicting, if you don't already own it, get it.

The controls are simple, move left and right to get the pieces. But the pieces are selective as you might only wanna get certain colors to fill your bars for points, otherwise you might fill it with mixed colors and crash and lose points.

The sparkling point of the game though, is selecting any song from the library of your computer. You can take any song from you computer and turn it into a vortex of a journey through cool spacial colors and vibes.

Telltale hit a high mark with the Wallace and Gromit Adventures. These episodic titles are fun, hysterical, graphically gorgeous and stay true to the stop motion of Aardman. While the stories aren't very strong, they are still very bizarre which is to be expected. If you know anything about Telltale, their point and click interactive gameplay is, well, interactive and can be fun. While some of the puzzles can be a little bit confusing, the ending is relieving and well worth it.

Great art direction. Very creepy. Too many ways to die.

Limbo is the story about the escape and survival from.....what? You play as a child, or something, that traverses across vast forests, building, factories and other puzzles to reach an ending that feels oddly familiar to the beginning. And you'll just play the game again anyway.

Sounds vague, but there's no real plot in the game, or is there? Find out for yourself while taking in the great black and white art style.

Wow. I beat the original Super Mario Bros. 1, 2 and 3. And as far as being a side scrolling platformer, I would put this game in the ranks with those. It's not a terribly long game, but the unraveling plot, gameplay, and art direction will blow you away. Hell, even the music is brilliant. It's just one of the finest platformers ever made. And the entire game puts itself together as the plot progresses.

The reason you'll hear people talk about Braid is because of the gameplay where you can revers what you did if you made a mistake. And the ending. The gameplay is like most platformers but instead of skipping through the whole level, getting the items found in each level is a necessary in order to get to the last level. Not too difficult to do so.

If I didn't have so many games to play, I'd play this over and over, day by day.
