I wanted to get an opinion from you if possible. I know we are both SFO fans and fans of the survival mod. Recently, I found out that SFO altered the to hit tables a long time ago to 15% minimum, 20% base, and 75% maximum hit chance.

This means that units can only benefit from a net +5 MD while units can still benefit from a net +55 MA. In vanilla you could benefit from +27 MD and +55 MA. I don't think many people have any idea SFO made changes like this.

I think this is fundamentally broken. Yet many other combat mechanics hide the resultant imbalance. It took me years to discover this flaw. I was curious what others think as well?
