First, when Rome 2 came out everyone went ballistic at the slow progression of turns, Warhammer 2 is twice as slow as the original release of Rome 2. 75 turns took 8 hours of solid play with more than two thirds of that simply staring at a screen. This is the only major downfall. The second is you have to own Warhammer original to play half this game which is a game you will never play again being only an expanded version. The third is resolution being limited to 1920x1080 in a world of 4K. Even limited and with a fast strong computer the graphics are sluggish and imprecise. The fourth is once in awhile it will autoselect another unit randomly without warning and without moving the view after an action is applied so be careful paying attention or you will move a placed unit you had not intended to move requiring an autosave reload to fix.

The mechanics are the best Total War game I have seen even if not a historical game. This is the ONLY reason I will recommend but only if you have the patience to wait out the turn cycle!
