Okay, I've been having a lot of fun in this game compared to Smite 1. I'm a relatively new player, so less gods means I can learn the game more easily. So if you wanna get into smite, now is the time.

im gonna ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ say it and i play both of these games, overwatch is unironically better then this duct taped ass of a game. very bad balancing overall, even MORE overpowered support heros than overwatch, a painfully average frame rate compared to overwatch (for reference, my computer can ow at 300fps+ on ultra 1440p settings, while this game is only 160fps on MEDIUM???), crashes at the worst ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ times, feels incredibly mushy and unsatisfying. making me consider giving blizzard money LOL

ATLYSS keeps the RPG formula very simple for newer players to the genre. Anyone can pick it up and understand all of the mechanics, weapon/armour stats, skills, and weapon types. The main home area doesn't have much in it, which is really good because you will always know where everything is. Very fun to play on the Steam Deck. However, I would like to see official controller support and the option to turn on Steam Cloud. Otherwise its an 8/10.

Ruined the original game with no more free cosmetics outside of the free battle pass, and overpowered support heroes. ALSO in competitive, why the ♥♥♥♥ would you make role queue when you're going to force your players into a role by locking the roles you've played too much on? The gameplay itself is alright, only because they removed how new characters were locked behind paywalls. Just don't pay for any ♥♥♥♥ in this game, and only play with friends and its okay.

They removed the fun parts of a "platformer" from a platformer fighter. Everything feels ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow, jumping feels like you have a ball and chain on your leg at all times. The ui is horrible.

The beta wasn't perfect by all means, but it was pretty damn good. This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I liked the game. However, the game doesn't tell you at all that you need BOTH the completion of the main quest AND an escape route to get the good ending. I was under the assumption that escaping prison were alternate endings, not an necessary requirement along with getting the key to the apartment to get the good ending. I don't feel like wasting another 10 hours just to play the game again.
