8 hours on the first day oh god

I loved this game during the beta phase, and I'm already loving it now. I can't wait to see how it's progressed over the last couple years! Climbing, berries, rats, jumpsuits, what's not to love?

Yes. Always. Never play anything else.

This game has immense potential but requires drastic change before I can consider recommending it. As many others have said, Godus involves a mind-numbing amount of clicking and not much else. Some changes the developers have made thus far have actually been harmful. THe control scheme needs to be overhauled, and any micro-transaction systems that do or may exist need to be omitted entirely. Different locations or procedurally-generated maps would help immensely, because every game I've seen played ends up essentially the same.

Could be good, but only after some much-needed improvements. Don't buy unless marked down.
