I haven’t seen the anime, but I have read the manga. It’s like a tankobon multiple stories in a single book type of thing where it’s presented as a taxi driver and her passenger telling each other ghost stories. There’s, among other things a chapter about a pregnant couple being kidnapped, the wife getting f*cked by a bull while the husband is forced to watch. This then turns her AND her kid (which she gives birth to during this) into cows, upon which it’s heavily implied that they are about to be eaten
