This game is so silly.

Tried to play warzone, had to download like a 35GB client, then another 75gb to play the game.. thats legitimately bonkers. Just play COD Mobile. a much better experience and there are actual gamemodes outside of just Battle royal. Plus its all free.


That 4.8 hours isn't from me actually playing, it was sitting and looking at the super high detailed motion picture background 35GB main menu you have to download while I waited for the actual game to install only to find out I didn't even have enough storage on my SSD.

Cool game but instant negative review for the developers releasing a new gamemode (showdown) and charging for it and hiding it behind another title all together, meanwhile this game has a **dwindling community** and is still in beta and very much in need of love to bring more than 40-80 people running the same maps and weapon sets, many of which aren't even made by the devs but the community.

Very silly decision from the developers as the showdown gamemode could have easily been a huge update that brought a lot of life into contractors again.

Just when you think things are going good, your communal toilet clogs and while being repaired, another dupe can't hold it anymore and pee's right infront of the water supply, destroying it. Thanks Hassan.

You aren't paying for the pictures or the women. You're paying for the story. I've only played ♥♥♥♥♥ 2, 5 and 6 and man these games have some deep rich storylines despite each only having 10 chapters and the chapters only containing sliding puzzles and no dialogue. This is a beautiful series and the devs really understands how to create a captivating experience.

This game needs a server browser and far better moderation than it has. Its extremely off putting getting into a lobby and having to listen to teenagers/little kids spew off all of the racial slurs and general bigotry they know and and hearing people laugh and encourage it.

Also some people in this community are jerks and really don't understand how the discussion portion of the game is supposed to go and instead of civil conversation where you let people speak, a lot of times its just "He did it, and if you don't believe it you're getting voted out next" or are just massively rude and feel they need to be the center of attention. I just feel with that in mind this game could also heavily benefit from a system where during discussion phases the amount of people who can talk is limited, maybe the person who calls a meeting/finds the body has the ability to talk from the get go, and can hand it off to people they think would be interesting to speak with, and then they have the opportunity to speak for a few seconds, and other people can raise their hands if they want to speak or something, but the system where people just talk over eachother and the loudest/most offensive wins.

Truly a fantastic mod that greatly compliments an already legendary game. Very high quality.

The grind in survival in this game is really boring. Progression doesn't feel good. But this game has a lot of potential on the building side of the game that I think the devs have completely wasted. The devs do not put the effort into this game that it needs to thrive, and they have openly admitted to not wanting to put forth much effort i their most recent "community update". The devs don't care about this game as much as the community does, that's why the devs have essentially handed over the reigns to progress the game to the community. This is a cool path that I wish more devs would lead their unfinished projects down, unfortunately the devs are still charging money for this game they are relying on the community to create. I will never give a positive review to a game that costs money when it is almost a decade old, very incomplete and is left up to the community to finish.

My friend got me this game because he wanted me to be the sigma grindset ubermale he knew I could be, and wanting to be the sigma grindset ubermale like my friends I gave it a shot. This game has awakened me. Also you can browse reddit in the game which is a feature that should be in every game. Very innovative stuff. I see big things from this developer in the future.

This game isn't bad, it's The Witcher, if you like the books/other games/tv show you will probably like the story of this game. Graphics are also pretty good, though the game is a decade old so manage your expectations a bit. That's about all the good I have to say about this game though.

Combat isn't very fun. Enemies that have shields or can block don't take damage while blocking (but you do when you block which makes no sense), nor do they have any stamina that would lead them to dropping their block. Most fights that have a lot of enemies in them just devolve into you running in circles and trying to single one out. It's not hard, it's tedious.

And on the topic of running around to kind of get the enemies in more favorable positions, it's very annoying how Geralt can't walk over roots or small rocks that happen to get in the way, instead he just gets stuck on them.

Some quests just don't tell you where to go, which is like a major sin for me with RPGs like this. I don't mind a little exploration, but the world is large enough that there should be giant circles on the map telling you to explore this area to progress or whatever, like Witcher 3 has. You will want to have a quest guide opened up in the side for it.


This game has very bad windowed mode & no borderless fullscreen. Bad windowed mode because hitting tab on basically most games fullscreen or windowed will cause your cursor to appear over the window so you can tab out and do other things. This game was made during a time when most people weren't multitasking while gaming so I understand somewhat, but I don't understand why this isn't something that has ever been added.



Overall so far in 8 hours of gameplay I'd rate this like a 4/10.
