MS2 is a really adorable RPG. The transition from 2d to 3D in regards to Maplestory 1 to Maplestory 2 was really well done. They were able to make the change and still make the game feel super satisfying but not like a grind.

The game itself is not too intimidating, the main story feels pretty good and the dungeons are fun. Overall world movement is fun, its not really p2w, there are a lot of improvements from the first game like auto looting (first game had looting but only if you had a pet) and you get a bunch of cool mounts just by playing through the game.

And when you get tired of playing the game you can just take your fishing rod and fish for a bit until you feel like playing again.

Haven't gotten to a point where I can do any of the late game dungeons/bosses (only level 28, I think end game is around level 50 but there is a level cap of 99 i believe)

Overall fun game. I recommend it Its very cute, I dumped 11 hours into it last night into this morning and I can see myself playing this game for tons more.

DMC 1 and 2 are pretty average, definitely dated, but tbh they are kind of just add ons to the real game in this bundle. DMC1 is definitely the opener to the series, and its not a bad game at all, its just different than the others, there are some pretty bad camera angles and the diversity in bosses is... not good. DMC2 is a bit better, but I think among the community DMC2 is probably the least favorite, All the games for your first play through are probably around 8-10 hours, but they are significantly shorter when you know the game. for DMC 1 there isn't a lot of replayability though, so you probably wont play that much, and DMC2 is the same way.

The chronological order of the series is 3, 1, 4 (Not in this bundle), 2 and when its released, 5. Overall the games have their own story, the only thing that is carried over would be the main character dante. However when 5 comes out you'll probably want to have atleast played 3 and 4 and know the story of 1 and 2. I would recommend playing them in order of release, so 1, 2, 3 and 4. Especially with 3, if you play 1 and 2 after you play 3 you will just be so disappointed.

Speaking of DMC 3, its probably the most popular game of the series and brought the series its following. As such itll be the bulk of the review, considering the base DMC3 game on steam is a really bad port, most people go for this version because it is just wayyy better.

holy ♥♥♥♥ is this game good. Dante is an edgy half demon and his even edgier brother is trying to open up a gate to the demon world to get the power of their father, sparda.

Pretty much every fight in the game is good, DMC 3 just does boss fights right. wIthout spoiling it, there are just a few fights in this game that are just super cinematic and feel good. Like the type of fight you throw an action song on in the background just to feel cool (or you just listen to the in game track which is VERY good) Id definitely recommend playing this game with vibrations, because it just adds way more to it, when your weapon clashes with your enemies you feel them bouncing off eacother way more. Its just too good

DMC3 is probably 8-10 hours long casually your first play through, but after beating it once you could probably beat it in under 5, and its worth it to play through multiple times as there are a good amount of weapons that you can buy combo moves for and try to master.

Its also pretty challenging. Normal mode for beginners may have you a little flustered, after you die 3-5 times you do unlock an easy mode that you can just swap over, you have to complete the missions up to the one you got stuck on though. Personally I feel easy is a bit too easy, and Normal (atleast for me, I played the first two prior to this one) was just the right amount of difficulty where I wasn't flying by but I wasn't ripping my hair out either.

In terms of combat, its pretty great. You can have 2 firearms on you at a time, and two devil arms (Devil arms would be like your sword you start with and any other weapon you get from defeating certain bosses). In my opinion, two weapons is great, swapping between both weapons while hitting an enemy feels really good and just helps add to your combo and overall damage. And personally I was a little turned off of the combos at first, but you get a feel for it VERY fast.

Another great addition to DMC 3 is styles. Styles are just added utility in your fighting kit, you start out with 4 and you get new abilities with each as you level up. For instance, one style that you begin with trickster allows you to dash out of the way of attacks, after you level it up once (which just happens through combat) you can dash twice and also dash in the air, and the third level you can dash 3 times and you also get an ability when you jump up you can teleport behind enemies which feels super good on some enemies and even better on some boss fights. There are 4 styles you start with and you get a few more after playing through the game.

One of the additions to the special edition of the game is the ability to play as Dante, A side character Lady who you meet frequently throughout the game, and Vergil. Ive only played through Dante's missions but honestly vergil seems super cool to play and I'd love to try it out.

Honestly, I've beaten all 3 games and im planning on playing through 4. If you like games with really good stories and fun combat and good bosses, well, DMC 3 has you covered for all that, DMC 1 and 2 are lackluster but that comes with age. They aren't terrible games but they aren't the best. I would 100% recommend buying this game on sale, I think I got my copy for less than 20$, and its absolutely worth it, i see myself playing through DMC 3 multiple times on multiple difficulties.

This is not a day 1 game. There is really nothing to do besides pull over red cars who are driving aggressively and maybe write a ticket to someone whos parked infront of a fire hydrant

Im going to keep this game though, it has potential, it could be a lot of fun in the future

♥♥♥♥ the negative reviews saying that this should have just been a patch

this is **reviving** a VERY dead game. People will claim on reddit "Oh it wasnt dead! if you have the multiplayer fix mod it was fine!" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I used that mod for months and hardly got invaded or found anyone. Even the people who do claim on that mod eventually admit to it really only being useful outside O&S and a few other hot PVP areas.

DS1 is a multiplayer experience as well as a single player one. I have close to 100 hours in the PTDE version, and its great when you get DSfix and whatever other mods you want, but its really just a single player experience.

There are so many things I didn't know about because I only played years after the game died out, mostly involving multiplayer that you just couldnt see anymore in the original because no one played it online.

For people who already own PTDE: Buy this version, its only 20$ and you get to enjoy the multiplayer experience again, no one is going to play PTDE online anymore when this is the superior version.

And for people who have never played DS before, this is a great entry point into the series. DS1 in my opinion is the most balanced in gameplay out of all of them. DS1 is hard, and unfair, but if you die its almost always your fault. And you get a sense of accomplishment I just have never felt playing other games Its well worth the 40 USD. The replayability of this game is very good.

Most people dont like darksouls the first time they try it. I feel the best way for people to get used to the series is to jump across the games, but DS1 is a very good entry point and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes challenging games

The force unleashed is a pretty good starwars lightsaber beatem up game. Really good story, the upgrades are good and there is a lot of replayability. One of my favorite PS3 games also.

I know a lot of people experienced issues, but with an i7 7700k, GTX 1060 6gb and 12 gigs of ram I experienced no issues. I was able to set the resolution to 1920/1080 with no crashes, the game runs at 30fps solid (its a direct port of the Xbox version, so of course its going to be capped at 30, im sure theres a mod to uncap it) There are graphical glitches but nothing game breaking and mostly just kinda funny things happening out in the distance when textures load/enemies spawn (Im on the 3rd to last mission right now)

This is not an open world game, and is quite linear, but the devs made this game with a little exploration in mind, you have to explore to find saber crystals/saber power crystals which change the color of your light saber or give you special abilities.

I dont recall the original version of this game having so many costumes, but the ultimate sith edition has a bunch from the beginning you can select, including quite a few jedi masters, Plo koon, Mace windu, Obiwan and the infamous Jedi knight: Anakin Skywalker.

Its an RPG at heart with a decent leveling system. You get Orbs in 3 different catagories when you level, one levels your force abilities, one levels your stats, and the other unlocks new combos.

And on the topic of combos, this game does it very well, lots of fun combos that chain your lightsaber combat with force abilities or your dash with your force abilities.

Also I would caution to any buyer, this does not seem like a game you should use mouse and keyboard on. Haven't tried it personally, but I can tell it won't be that great.

Overall, this game is pretty good. Its definitely dated at this point, so I dont believe its worth more than 6-7$, but if you like beatem up games and star wars this may be the one for you.

Before I start this review, this game is good. The story is solid (so far, I haven't beaten it yet), the gameplay and combat are pretty fun after you learn how to use it properly, and the world is fairly large.

However, my major gripes about this game is that it truly feels like an unfinished mess. Keep in mind this is not early access. The game isn't super well optimized, there are a lot of gamebreaking bugs that will crash your game or require you to reload your save which, in most games not a problem. In this game 100% a problem because the game only saves when you start a quest, hit a checkpoint in a quest, sleep, or use a special saving potion in game which are pretty uncommon and expensive commodities, so you could have your game crash after a just saving, you could have your game crash when the game hasn't saved in over 30 minutes (and trust me some quests you do NOT want to redo considering how boring some are)

With that in mind, for 60$ I can NOT recommend this game. This is a full release, not an early acces title. It needs much more polish, because this could truly be a fantastic game if it was fixed. I still like the game a lot, I just can't recommend anyone buy it for 60$ until they patch a lot of the problems and optimize it a bit more.

For reference, I've beaten all main line souls games (Not demon souls or bloodborne)

Dark souls 3, out of all of the ones I've played, is my least favorite. It's not a bad game. There are a lot of gameplay issues that just made this game harder for me to get motivated to play the game.

For starters let me talk about what I like

The bosses are fantastic. This game has some of the coolest bosses out of any of the souls games I've played. They aren't necessarily all challenging, Some of them are harder than others.

Honestly, my favorite part of this game is how you can really tell that this is the same world as DS1. Some of the places are definitely the same and are just reworked for a different age, the return of a few iconic areas from the first souls game as well as some completely new areas.

Now, for my least favorite parts

, its very linear. There are hidden areas, and some of them are really cool and host quite a few bosses, optional areas where if you walk off the path a ways you'll find a hidden set of stairs that Drags you into hell itself.

Not only is it linear, there are bonfires so close to eachother at some points. it makes the world look super small and adds to the linearity, instead of searching around for a shortcut and exploring just run to the next bonfire, you could probably just run right to it anyway. Some areas are an exception to this, but especially the later parts there are so many bonfires

the world was bland. It was not fun to look at and explore for me. Eventually I got to the point in the game where I mostly just wanted to beat it so I didn't have to play anymore. Still working on the DLC.

Huge saving grace is that this game is probably the easiest game in the series to play Co Op. Im glad that FromSoftware sees that as a viable option and made it even easier to accomplish.

DS3 isn't bad, its my least favorite. Still totally pick this one up especially on sale.

Honestly a solid 3/5. Its not bad, havent gotten on MP yet so im basing it purely off the story mode, the story is very good and captivating. It makes up for a lot of the buggy textures and weird gun clipping animations in your hand when you are crouching. If you like WW2 movies and wanted to play the American action hero who kills everything this is your chance.

Not bad, 1060 with an i7 7700k with no frame rate problems at all on high. Reminds me of older COD's. Really looking forward to release
