I've gotten as far as downloading Visual Studio Code and 7-zip but when I open a game file in VSC, it says the code being used by the game files is not supported by the available code languages, when I load the file anyway, the code/text is almost unreadable. Certain symbols are just covered by a question mark while a lot of the rest is censored in red with "null" written a billion times across certain sections of the code. I've been looking for answers on the internet but nothing works.
So if it is not too much trouble could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I just want to get to the point where I can read and modify the text/code in the game file. If it's helpful, I'm trying to create a realistic weapon range mod inside of the valour mod. Thanks in advance for your time. Peace!
Just here to say - Happy holidays and Happy New Year!
