I haven't worked out since 29 June. :steamthumbsdown: Fortunately, my body still looks pretty good. Unfortunately, my body has lost muscle and gained subdermal fat. Fortunately, I still impress ER nurses with my veins when they seek one in which to insert a needle from which to draw blood or inject liquid. Unfortunately, appearance is not as important as personality. Fortunately, I impress at times when my personality shows through. Unfortunately, I don't display it at all of the optimal times. Fortunately, I'm a work in progress. Unfortunately, I still blunder more than I should. :meta_face:
