Wow! It's almost as if I'm using this Comments section as a kind of sorted-by-date-descending journal of sorts.

I haven't worked out since 29 June. Fortunately, my body still looks pretty good. Unfortunately, my body has lost muscle and gained subdermal fat. Fortunately, I still impress ER nurses with my veins when they seek one in which to insert a needle from which to draw blood or inject liquid. Unfortunately, appearance is not as important as personality. Fortunately, I impress at times when my personality shows through. Unfortunately, I don't display it at all of the optimal times. Fortunately, I'm a work in progress. Unfortunately, I still blunder more than I should.

I'm Baaaaack! [for now, at least ]

Pain is no longer a factor unless I slack off for a week or two, in which case it's minor... I'd really like to repair my gaming PC now, to rejuvenate my mind while my body's skeletal muscle mass continues to increase or remain toned.
