Tulips (an awesome sandbox server) was recently shutdown and disapeared from the grid but gmonkey (the owner) wasn't finished. The new IP for the server is 198.27.81.162:27035 so play garry's mod and open the dev console and type connect 198.27.81.162:27035 in the console to connect.
