Extinction not working properly

Hi guys.

There seems to be a few issues with extinction at the moment, there also is no time frame for a fix. So we're thinking of removing it and moving over to Anunnaki for the time being.

We've been working on this now the entire week and honestly we're now done struggling with it.

Island bug + Server wipe

Hi guys

After the last Extinction Core update, we ended up getting a dsync issue on the server on certain points of the map. Unfortunately at this point in time there is nothing that can be done to rectify the issue on the current server.

We decided to wipe the server and move over to a new map. Extinction Core has been added to the new map and it does seem like it works perfectly fine here, no dsync issues.

I know it sucks having to start over but this was the only way forward. Your characters are still there, so you can just select spawn random location and you'll have your old char back.

We decided to go back to The Center/Extinction on our regular one for more stability.

Morning guys. I might have found a fix / work around for the black screen problem.

Steam > Settings > In-Game

In-Game server browser: Max pings / minute

Drop it to around 500.

It should fix the black screen issue. Please let me know if it works for you guys. If not I will keep looking.

Cant Join server anymore after new mod keep getting black screen

There will be server down time sometime today or tomorrow. I'll post the times once I get them. We're moving the servers to a new node. Lately lag has become an issue so a fresh node will sort all of that out.
