Valhalla Fallen - A Rust Server!

New Rule-
Sign Artist is a priveledge, and while I enjoy off color jokes too, we must use it responsibly. Any openly racist or exrtremely offensive use of this mod on signs where ALL players can see will result in a removal of the sign and increasingly harsher penalties for repeat offenses. This does not mean that you can't have a sign with extreme content on the INSIDE of your base, though.

I will be Changing the Following Mods -
Stacker - To increase Ammo Stacks on Bullets ONLY (100 For now, we will test this)
Notifier - I will be using Notifier to let players know they have access to certain Mods. This will help increase new player retention
Kits - I am going to boost the beginner kit and add 2 supply drops a day, this is a test.

I will be Updating the Following Mods -
Notifier - Requires Update
Sign Artist - Requires Update, I also need to alter permissions for this for everyone.

I will be Removing the Following Mods-
Zlevels - I have thought long and hard about this and feel that this mod allows for out of control building. It also requires it's own wipe which makes things difficult. As such I have decided to remove it from the server as part of a phase of testing. Any protests to this will be entertained so long as they stay tasteful.
