New Rule-
Sign Artist is a priveledge, and while I enjoy off color jokes too, we must use it responsibly. Any openly racist or exrtremely offensive use of this mod on signs where ALL players can see will result in a removal of the sign and increasingly harsher penalties for repeat offenses. This does not mean that you can't have a sign with extreme content on the INSIDE of your base, though.

I will be Changing the Following Mods -
Stacker - To increase Ammo Stacks on Bullets ONLY (100 For now, we will test this)
Notifier - I will be using Notifier to let players know they have access to certain Mods. This will help increase new player retention
Kits - I am going to boost the beginner kit and add 2 supply drops a day, this is a test.

I will be Updating the Following Mods -
Notifier - Requires Update
Sign Artist - Requires Update, I also need to alter permissions for this for everyone.

I will be Removing the Following Mods-
Zlevels - I have thought long and hard about this and feel that this mod allows for out of control building. It also requires it's own wipe which makes things difficult. As such I have decided to remove it from the server as part of a phase of testing. Any protests to this will be entertained so long as they stay tasteful.

Hello all.

First off, I'm sorry for leaving without any real notice. Life Is Feudal became too time consuming and too expensive to maintain. The biggest factor was that it no longer became fun. While LiF was never intended to be the most "fun" game (I mean leveling dirt was a bit of a drag), it became more of a chore to consistenly jump on one problem to the next. Eventually I decided I had had enough and walked away from it. And it was at your expense, and for that I apologize and hope you understand. You guys were great and were literally the best part of the game for me.

Now to some happiness. VF has returned, but in a game I find to be much more fun than LiF, Rust. I decided to reuse our name, but without the lore (unless y'all wish it back) and start a 50 player server. Most of the rules remain the same, but as Rust has different bugs/parameters, I will release a final rule list sometime next week.

So what's going on with this server? Well it's modified, but that is all up to discussion. Right now the server runs the following Mods -

This means we play at an accelerated rate, but I want to know which ones you want in or out!

I am most likely going to wipe (fully, even BPs) every 2-3 weeks, with a full on War on the last day (Everyone gets weapons and ammo :D )

Chicken (Odin)

Just receive comformation that Odin will be implimenting the decay system tonight. This should be temporary for a couple of days to stablized the server and clean up all trash left behind by temporary server jumpers. ( those who trash working and updated server because theirs didn't ) If you don't have a monument set up to protect items in your camp they will begin to take damage until they are gone.

Please help the admin team by removing any stumps you may find since the decay system may not remove them and this is another server impacting issue. With fast uproot it should only take a second and you have as much to gain as everyone else. Quality gaming. Fenrir and i have removed hundreds of stumps but i ran across 10 more yesterday. So there are not many left they are just getting harder to locate.

If you need help getting a monument up then look to you neighbors for assistance and they may be able to help you. It may cost you some labor or trade of some kind ( maybe not ) but everyone should be able to protect there camps.

Welcome to all the new players here on our server. This week has been a bit crazy. I wanted to clarity some rules that seem to be a bit grey to some people. When you are speaking in global you should act responsible. You dont know who the other players are online. Be aware that negitive comments toward race, creed, color, national orgin, sexual preference or gender, will not be tolerated.

Next judgement hour will now be from 6pm to 7 pm est on Sundays. To clarity, Judgement hour unlocks all buildings, except gates. Gates, if claimed, will not be opened durning judgment hour. Seige weapons will be added this month, so keep an eye out for an update.
