1. You need to have a functioning life offline (social and economical).

2. You need to have talent and passion for gaming (Genre doesn't matter).

3. You need to have enough spare time for this hobby (varies by person I guess. We would *like* to see you daily-ish, but there is Rule 1).

4. There are no additional rules for anything, this includes guild administration.
