Here on my gaming clan server and Steam clan group only the people come who actually play the games that I play, people who also take part in my YouTube recordings where I do projects, series, roleplay, tournaments, deathmatches, challenges, events, specials, people with whom you can get along well and play, people with whom you are on the same wavelength and at the same level, where the chemistry is right and who have normal behavior, who are very neutral, tolerant, who also want to make friends and who also want to be connected to one another as a community.
Since my server is also a kind of brotherhood, a friendship group, there are of course ranks that are based on general behavior, game performance, support for the group and especially how you behave in the recordings, whether you get involved, show motivation, really bring a good atmosphere and show fun and joy, for example, that you don't mention anything negative, don't address critical topics, don't act stupid or anything like that.
On my server, the topic of politics and religion is also rather taboo because it has too much potential for conflict, just as it is taboo to mention or address personal matters or one of the taboo topics in the video recordings because many people simply do not like certain things and otherwise there is a lot of trouble.
