1:00 PM - Volunteer at a soup kitchen.

2:00 PM - Compliment a loved one.

3:00 PM - Do a puzzle.

4:00 PM - Pick up trash from the side of the street.

5:00 PM - Cook a hearty dinner for my family.

6:00 PM - Watch a television program.

7:00 PM - Attend an opera.

10:00 PM - Make love to my beautiful wife.
