Malbranque has left USASOC (again...) so let it be known i Lieutenant Colonel Kyle 'Chemist' Steelheart will be leading USASOC. With a few new rules

1. Recruits need to qualify ASAP (contact myself or another Commisioned Officer)
2. Certified members need to report to me about once a week
3. We will be holding skill evaluations once a month I cannot stress enough certified members need to attend
4. Any bad behavior will result in penalty
