I'm trying to make my own nation/officers for random games. But I cannot figure out on the forums how to add custom flags/portraits/effects for a faction. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?

Ok so i've managed to rack up over 400 hours playing this awesome game on steam but how supply works over water is still a game mechanic that eludes me somewhat. I tried to play a game with higher production costs, which was actually quite cool but I also ran into a number of problems. First thing I found was that the higher production cost also effects the resource production. Now I can understand the rationale for this as the reduced production would basically make the resources immaterial if you were still getting raw at the regular rate but only required the amounts needed for the smaller production numbers. Hello, I´m playing a PBEM Phoenix version game with a friend. And I have a big issue. I have my supreme HQ and multiple sub-HQs which have my army units. All sub-HQs have a TOE with the setting Auto Staff = On At the beginning it worked fine. Then I had some issues because I had to few trains. I corrected that and have enough now (meaning at the beginning of the turn I have rail capacity). But somewhere in the last turns I lost all my staff in the sub-HQs and the supreme-HQ doesn´t fill them up again alt...
