OK, so I started a new random phoenix game with one AI opponent, only land, medium size. My pp values are changing wildly from round to round, without me expending them to that extend. Then it says f.e. +80, but next turn I just gained like a dozen or so points. I see one city that seems to be huge, with like 4000 supplies for 50 % of its produciton. There the second line shows a production of 21 pp per round, but then on the smaller numbers below it shows 2.7. So far, I can´t make any sense out of all t...

I played the Classic AT North Africa scenario as the Axis. Very early in the Game I could see the British HQ with like 800 points of stuff in it. It just sitting there idle in the middle of the southern dessert and doing nothing, not even flee, when it was going to be surrounded. I slaughtered the HQ and its stuff (and staff) in a massacre with like 2 divisions of me and after that I could just simply march through to Cairo with little to none resistance. Not fun at all.
