I bought the game today and was looking forward to playing it but as soon as I select a save slot and the game mouse cursor moves to open something on the pc in the game the game freezes/ nothing moves, I have pressed all the keys on my keyboard and mouse but nothing helps. I would be glad if someone could help me....

We've had reports of games crashing when selecting a save, starting a shift, or being unable to proceed after a certain level in Story mode. We tried our hardest to replicate these issues to no avail unfortunately. If you're having these issues I have set up a Google Form where you can upload your save data so that we can better understand the problem....

Not sure if I missed an announcement somewhere, but I'm not getting any achievements. Nothing I'm doing is counting. I'm in story mode and have completed a shift, got 3 stars, talked to a co-worker, etc. and still nothing is registering. :(

Just what title says. I was able to click through everything but once I got to the breakroom before the first day I couldn't see/click with cursor. I was able to play endless mode perfectly though! Love endless mode so far :) Any help appreciated!

I try to play story mode and I am able to click a save slot and start the video. However, it freezes once the cursor is over the I icon. I can not skip the video and can not move the cursor and pressing buttons does not help. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that did not work either. Any ideas why it's not letting me play?...
