I bought the game today and was looking forward to playing it but as soon as I select a save slot and the game mouse cursor moves to open something on the pc in the game the game freezes/ nothing moves, I have pressed all the keys on my keyboard and mouse but nothing helps. I would be glad if someone could help me....

We've had reports of games crashing when selecting a save, starting a shift, or being unable to proceed after a certain level in Story mode. We tried our hardest to replicate these issues to no avail unfortunately. If you're having these issues I have set up a Google Form where you can upload your save data so that we can better understand the problem....

Not sure if I missed an announcement somewhere, but I'm not getting any achievements. Nothing I'm doing is counting. I'm in story mode and have completed a shift, got 3 stars, talked to a co-worker, etc. and still nothing is registering. :(

Just what title says. I was able to click through everything but once I got to the breakroom before the first day I couldn't see/click with cursor. I was able to play endless mode perfectly though! Love endless mode so far :) Any help appreciated!

Since the update my game will not start. My computer says it can''t run Vulkan as my video driver is too weak. Is there a workaround for this or am I just unable to play the game now. (that would really suck cause I am loving it). When I do try to run it, it says something also about reverting back to OpenGl3, and suggests booting from a command line prompt. I was unable to make this work from cmd. Thank you....
