Faction Leader
Wondering what determines who the faction leader is of your colony when viewing under the colony section of the relation tab?? Can it be changed?

I think it is colonist with the highest age but I can't confirm if this is true.

Really? Dang. A new guy joined my collony and is now the leader. That is a little annoying in my opinion.

Is there any way to set the leader? A useless new guy that's old seems an arbitrary qualification - age isn't a good qualifier for leadership. Perhaps pawn worth would be better?

IIRC you can set the leader in the tab.

I really like placeholder's suggestion of having the spiritual leader from the Ideology DLC get automatically listed as the leader of the player's faction in the factions tab - at least until or unless the player manually assigns someone else.

BTW: Psychology isn't the only mod which has colonists choose their own leader. There's also Colony Leadership as well as the VOTE and LEADER mod.

Edit:
Ah! I see that Rimocracy also does this, but only when succession type is set to election in mod settings.
