Night Vision API Light Level Bug
Unfortunately I wasn't crazy, and the light level moodle changes to "bright" whenever I enable Night Vision via the bound "N" key. Don't have time to test the modlist at present as I'm working, and this weekend hoping to bag a deer or hog, but I'll test after I get back. In the meantime, posting the load order here:

The reason why your NVGs don't work is because you are using NVAPI (Night Vision API) and NVG

mod = NVAPI, mod = NVG,

I was using those mods as well, especially because it

1) Provides the ability to bind your NVG button to a different key besides the one shared with the "Equip/Turn On/Off Light Source" keybind.

2) Only raises brightness in your vision cone instead of all around your character

Unfortunately, this mod currently only supports the Night Vision Chucked* mod which has neither of the above features, so until the author adds support for NVAPI/NVG, we're outta luck (or will have to switch).

*Night Vision Chucked is a patch for another mod called eris_nightvision_goggles, you will need both if you decide to switch.

Side note, annoyingly it seems that Night Vision Chucked makes it (or it could be vanilla and NVAPI fixes it) that unless your "Equip/Turn On/Off Light Source" and "Toggle Vehicle Headlights" keybinds are the same, you will be unable to turn on headlights via hotkey.
