With the mod enabled, I cannot connect water pumping stations directly to water drain pipes, as clicking will not do anything. I can lay out a water pipe into an empty area, then connect that pipe to the other structure. But doing that will cause the water drain pipe to be stuck on "not operating." Enabling anarchy allows the pipe to connect directly, but leads to the same issue of the drain pipe never operating. I checked to make sure my electricity was connected, and it was. I know it's this mod causing the issue as I have been disabling several other mods and coming up with the same issue, until I disabled this one and it finally went away.
