Author's Note
This is my first of hopefully 4 skill tree updates this year, following Klei's new updates to its characters featuring insight. You can disable the skill tree in the configs.
I'm open to feedback on both this update and any upcoming skill trees. About balance, content, or bugs. I know skill trees can be contentious!

I'd say the way Klei handles character updates has developed a long way since late-2019 when I first developed this mod.
With the introduction of Skill Trees, the Runts seemed more and more lacking in that regard. I'm still aiming to keep my original goals, having these Runts be simple and balanced without being over complicated.
Bearger here is the tamest example and its skill tree reflects that. The other Runts' trees aren't likely to have a focus on Crafting new items, and may have more involved skills.

Speaking of, assuming it's year of the Dragonfly, a certain Runt may be celebrating it...?

Currently there's a mistake in "Furrier Finery" where Bearger's Thick Fur recipe will only give 1 on crafting instead of the intended 3.

Fixed as of 4.1

What perks do Calorie Champion affect?

All perks that rely on Bearger having full hunger during Hibearnation;
Increased Insulation, Increased max HP to 200, and the entire Well-Stocked tree
I have found a bug, If you have Ground Slam turned onto "Both" for attacks and right mouse and then you take the Lunar Epicure for the leaps, and then If you ground slam with attacks you can't right mouse clicks even though the skill Is meant to turn off the cooldown.
Hehe, I think It'd be neat if the Bearger Fur Rug could be used on boats without them moving about, I think that would give it some more consistency during those winter months hah- B(G)oat Fur :shelterbadger:

A massive quality of life Is If when you have the Leaping talent If you could hold the right mouse button to see a circle that Indicates the jumping range and then you can let go to jump to that location. Would just be nice as It can be difficult to tell the leaping range sometimes.

I like how you can cross small gaps in the caves too, very fun tech!

Oh ya certainly, Its also quite useful outside of caves for either saving time not needing to walk around finding the piece of land to get to the other side, or If that side of the map Is just completely cut off In general then It allows access to that location as well.
Quite useful Indeed.

As of 6.2 I've added an additional 2 Skills for Bearger, under Fur Tufts. Bearger now matches the total skills of Dragonfly & Moose/Goose.
Bearger with skill tree basically becomes single player version wolfgang 2.0
