Also recommending you give us back the original predecessor mods for this so players can pick and choose. >.>
As for the later, no, I won't do that. Sorry but I've ended support for those old mods.
Secondly, with the ruin sword, I would honestly suggest turning the eye so that the black eye slit is going from handle to blade rather than horizontal as you currently have it, as it looks admittedly kind of odd. Maybe take some inspiration from the design of the NPC cultist broadsword ( use /spawnitem npccultistbroadsword so you can see it... can also check the shortsword by /spawnitem npccultistshortsword if you decide later to make one handed variants). In this same note, I would recommend changing the blade colour when not charged of the ruin one to take after the more 'yellowed' metal variant you can find of the cultist short sword as pristine grey, blued or light metal doesn't give the impression of a corrupt weapon.
Thirdly, I'll agree that 'faithkeeper' sounds a bit wrong. Given the nature that you are working for the protectorate who are on the side of the creator, perhaps naming it 'creator broadsword' would be more thematically appropriate.
Lastly... for the regards of the two new sword's capabilities, you could make the upgraded protectorate sword unleash a wave that on impact causes continual damage over time for a brief period. For the ruin sword, may I suggest a effect similar to what the ruin uses against you in the final boss fight. Use a variant of the Asuterosaberu DX's tear that launches projectiles that can 'corrupt' what they hit, changing them into something befitting the ruin if they 'die' to the attack.
