Description
Adds a new line of experimental weapons to the Empire's arsenal. All weapons require a tech that comes after the Royal Charged Shot tech, and all except the Persona Sparksword are craftable.

- Craftable persona sparksword
Persona Bond Forge
- Persona versions of the Rotary Charge Lance, Zeusrifle, and Sparksword. All are craftable at the bonding table.

Weapons

Rotary Charge Lance

A heavy triple-barreled royal charge lance. It is somewhat unwieldy, but it fires a burst of 6 royal lance shots.


Zeusrifle

An experimental charge rifle. Slightly more damage and armor penetration than the royal charge rifle, but it only has a burst of 3 shots. Each projectile fired has a 50% change to inflict extra EMP damage, which can stun mechanoids and break energy shields.


Thunder Javelins

A set of explosive javelins fitted with shaped-charge tips. On impact, they cause deadly, concentrated explosions.


Sparksword

A hybrid weapon with the capabilities of a monosword and a zeushammer. While it does slightly less damage and has less melee armor piercing than a monosword, it inflicts EMP damage on each hit like a zeushammer.

This weapon is craftable at the fabrication bench, but there is also a persona variant that can only be acquired through quest rewards / trading.

These weapons look very nive!

Is the Zeus Rifle suposed to have less armor piercing in CE when compared to the charge lance and rifle or is jus something wrong with my game?

I actually don't. Saw it in action as one pawn versus some mechs and bugs.
Last time I had such a one-sided slaughter I accidentally gave said pawn invulnerability and they used melee. (And their Dark Marine armor fell apart from all the abuse.) This time they barely got touched. High quality weapon + good Ranged skill means that you rarely need all six shots from one volley to take down a target. Will have to see how it performs solo vs a caterpillar mech. (I might almost feel sorry for the mech. Almost.)

That stat is intentional. If you use the ranged weapon DPS mod, you will see its DPS is still crazy high even with the long warmup time. The long warmup is just a major downside of using it.

Also, is the warm-up time for the Rotary Charge Lance supposed to be so high? I think it was like 4.2 seconds. Granted, that thing is TERRIFYING... Especially at Legendary...

Huh, can't believe I missed that when I first uploaded this. They should have weapon qualities, so I'll fix that and push a new patch.
