While I certainly appreciate the hard work and effort put in this, Skyrim is often beset with blizzards and thunderstorms that last for days on end- on top of this, your mod turned the sky blue and made it snow in even the Soul Cairn of the Dawngaurd DLC. Like, I'm not even mad, but... Why though?
Merc.Scar 21 Jan, 2017 @ 2:40pm
so i downloaded the mod from steam and now it snows everywhere and it never stops ! cant uninstall to make it dissapear. HELP!
CuckoldBen 25 Mar, 2016 @ 2:16pm
I get this bug where is snows or rains inside building or even the soul cern. How do i get rid of the weather effects and does it go away after a while?
TJDunnylaps 9 Mar, 2016 @ 3:03pm
It looks cool, but I am worried that it will always be rain or snow and its heavy rain and snow
ciblue 30 Jul, 2015 @ 3:26am
Is it just me or does the snow look really sparkly in your video? It could be youtube; I did see a lot of youtube blurring so you might want ot try making a 60fps recording to replace this one.
Morgan (The Irish Texan) 17 May, 2015 @ 9:44am
Quick question... does it work with "tropical skyrim" enabled? It changes snowstorms to sandstorms.
Plibbo64 11 Mar, 2015 @ 7:17pm
I've reinstalled skyrim and have been playing for a few hours with a new game.. I've yet to see any rain at all and have been using this mod. Is there something I need to change about the load order?
JPL 1138 18 Dec, 2014 @ 4:18am
Does this mod play well with the Pure Weather mod?
Morwania 12 Oct, 2014 @ 3:18am
What about snow in Whiterun and Riverwood ?
Dyendil 12 May, 2014 @ 8:26am
Project Reality:Climates Of Tamriel - Lite Version......

@ Korsall i saw a mod called no snow under roofs it works good for frostfall but i dont know if it works with rain to maybe theres one on the nexus the no snow under roofs is on steam
Jaron Kitsune 29 Apr, 2014 @ 10:00pm
Hey, don't suppose you might have any info on the rain falling through objects? I know it's a vanilla issue, I'm just wondering if you might know now of another mod that actually eliminates that? It really breaks immersion and I'm beginning to wonder if it's even possible... Just hoping that someone who's made a rain mod I'm fairly fond of might know something.
OloXolO 11 Apr, 2014 @ 11:46pm
thanks for the mod !
MightOfGuts 10 Mar, 2014 @ 3:25pm
does this mod work with the mod Project Reality:Climates Of Tamriel - Lite Version by jj.con?
Shay 22 Jan, 2014 @ 8:46am
Could I download the other recomended mods on this page to, or would this mod not work with them?
Wisp 31 Dec, 2013 @ 5:17pm
I've noticed a lot more weather effects since installing this mod, but only after moving it close to the end of the load order on my mods. Early in the list I didn't notice any change, but not sure what it would have conflicted with. I'm really liking hitting more frequent storms, lightning and all, which I almost never saw before. It doesn't feel overdone though; it still seems natural and is clear most of the time.
kage74 27 Dec, 2013 @ 6:26am
Is there a way to have weather patterns that actually travel across Skyrim?
Slayer Seraph 12 Dec, 2013 @ 4:46pm
Does this mod work?? I keep hearing complaints how people don't get rain and snow and whatever. I am looking for a mod that enhanced weather but don't change it and not as buggy as CoT.
Nakatomi 27 Nov, 2013 @ 4:26pm
Don't think it worked I just bought the game and installed this and I've no idea if its working or not I'll remove it and see when I re load my game save
MetOshi 17 Nov, 2013 @ 2:46am
Actuay the Stormcloaks were named by the imperials as a deterring name, similar to an insult. This didn't work though as the rebellion happily took the name and people still rallied behind their cause
Travis 15 Oct, 2013 @ 9:55am
haha, the stormcloaks are named after ulfric stormcloak, the leader of the rebellion, but you have a good point though, nice mod!
Lt_Zwieback 14 Sep, 2013 @ 5:23pm
@Mortul
I had the same issue. Then I just messed around with the load order of the mods and guess what: It suddenly rained! ;P
So my suggestion: put this mod as high as possible in the load order. Depending what other mods you´re using and of what importance these are to you... (well, this was the way I thought about it, might technically be nonsense ;). For me this one takes the seconds place; first one hasn´t anything to do with weather...

Good luck.
Mortul 14 Aug, 2013 @ 7:52pm
It doesn't seem to be working. Tested it out traveling and waiting for days. It never rained. Uninstalled, fast traveled to Whiterun once and it started raining. What a shame....sounded like a nice mod.
Hidden Gunman 10 Jul, 2013 @ 9:28pm
Just a quick one...after 2500+ hours of Skyrim, most of that with your original EDWS mod, I have just now got snow, heavy almost blizzard type snow, in Whiterun! First time ever, lol. There are a few other anomalies in my game, so I think it's just glitched.
Chieron 16 May, 2013 @ 7:01pm
disappointing, Instead of more rain+snow, I get eternal cloudy or sunny.. Using only "More Rain" removes rain, but not snow. this Mod doesn't work at all, or you uploaded only the always-sunny-variant. (only dawnguard and highres texture pack additionally loaded)
vkizzle 14 Apr, 2013 @ 5:07am
is this really compatible to climates of thamriel? because i used them both and then the weather stayed always cloudy and grey which is very annoing and depressing.
Hidden Gunman 7 Apr, 2013 @ 2:42pm
After moving to a Win7 OS, I'm now having inconsistent issues with the nights being too dark, and exterior lighting being somewhat glary and weak, just wondering if this mod may impact on ambient night time lighting or could be impacting on this? (I didn't have any of these issues on XP, but I'm having trouble pinning down the cause, thanks).
BabblnBrooke 28 Mar, 2013 @ 10:37pm
Does this system (and your othere weather mods) work with Frostfall and Wet & Cold?
Blyatislava 17 Mar, 2013 @ 8:05am
Frostfall?
Grizzly Bear 23 Jan, 2013 @ 3:43am
KryatWolfe 22 Jan, 2013 @ 5:30am
worksw with frostfall?
d0m0suka 3 Jan, 2013 @ 7:24pm
Great Mod, love the diversity!
Skarburn 9 Dec, 2012 @ 7:01am
I have the same problem as legacy here. Only getting sunny weather no matter what. I had light snow in Movunskar, but thats it. Tried downloading the file from nexus now and see if that works
Legacy 5 Nov, 2012 @ 8:35pm
For some reason, this mod doesn't want to work for me at all, I have no other mods installed that effect weather, except for More Snow and More Rain. I thought that maybe I had a bad luck streak or something, so I downloaded the mod that makes it rain continiously, same thing, just clear skies of nothing. Can anyone help me?
Josh 4 Nov, 2012 @ 3:04pm
Sometimes I'll exit a building to the clear blue sky only for it to pour down rain moments later, which lasts for 30 seconds and abrubtly stops. Just reminds me of Ed, Edd, and Eddy. . . "Ah, Summer rains, you can never predi*Thunderstorm for 5 seconds*ct them . . ."
72 Mavrick 21 Oct, 2012 @ 4:43pm
The weather is a nice change from the norm and breaks up the monotony wile running around the contryside. Reminds me of Oblivion a bit. Seems to not quite line up comming out of major citys, but soon dynamicly changes to match and this reminds you it is working. Thumb up.
RoamingDoughnut 3 Oct, 2012 @ 2:09pm
to AlbinoMonGoosE, It will download automatically when you start Skyrim in the update screen like all mods will when subscribed to on steam. you do have to wait for it to download how ever when you do start it up.
78star 1 Oct, 2012 @ 4:07pm
do not add rian to snow places
Zane 30 Sep, 2012 @ 9:43pm
noobie here but how do i put this on my game through steam i hit the subscribe thing but not sure if that did anything
Strummer101er 21 Sep, 2012 @ 4:03pm
Question from a noob. Does this need to be at the top or bottom of the load? Or does it even matter?
Huey Duck 20 Sep, 2012 @ 12:40am
Great mod btw.
Huey Duck 20 Sep, 2012 @ 12:39am
As someone who lives in the far north it does Rain even though its cold, what will happen is warms snaps will happens and the moisture falls back to the earth as rain. So its possible to have rain in snowy areas. Also I saw that you are disgarding rain and snow fall for only a few minutes. if you want realism, I have to tell you. It does happen. it's just rare somewhat.
kill kevin 5 Sep, 2012 @ 12:26pm
you should make it so the rain makes a sound when you are indoor aswell, just a little quieter..
Dracula Tepes 30 Aug, 2012 @ 6:42am
will forbes sometimes rain can go through the wood cracks and fall through... some roofs are wood and others arent.
Forbes 27 Aug, 2012 @ 5:52am
Watch at 5:09 - The rain comes through the bridge as he is walking under it. Is there a mod to fix this? If you go under a roof or bridge the rain or snow just comes straight through it like it isnt even there. I wish someone would fix this already.
Baron Friedrich von Glower 24 Aug, 2012 @ 10:46am
I don't think this mod is working for me. I've waited days and days in several locations but the most I got was the regular light rain drizzle. Is there an easier way to tell if the mod is working?
The Salmon of Doubt 6 Aug, 2012 @ 8:52pm
Either conflicts with some existing mods or is broken. Causes shadow visual glitches and crashing. I don't care to try and isolate which of my mods it might be conflicting with, but just a heads up that it might cause issues.
Barnabas92 4 Aug, 2012 @ 8:25pm
Need language Update, some places like Solitude are in english.
Lord Poosy 22 Jul, 2012 @ 6:55pm
