i restarted the game a lot, i still spawn in t spawn and the first time i launched the map i was ct but can't add bots, the fuck is wrong ?

it spawns me as t and puts behind the csene cant spawn or change to ct sthg wrong. even i noclip to other side cant spawn bots.
