Hoping for a achievement compatible update too

Would it be possible to make this achievement-compatible? (I assumed that *this* version, unlike the original with its gameplay-changes, would be — turns out I was wrong! )= )

Is there a way we can take the fog from being pitch black to verrrrrry dark... just so we can see some stars a bit. I'm having a hard time clicking the next star to survey bc it's pitch black :(

If you want to get rid of the bright hyperlanes, just open the mod and go to "\IHAFOW Legacy\gfx\FX" and delete "hyperlane.shader".

i found the mod: Hyperlane Color - Cyan. it works well together with IHFW. less bright colors and the fog of war.

@Galadedrid: yeah, that would be nice. I love the idea of fog of war, but the bright hyperlanes are a bit too much. when you zoom out, all you see is a web of bright hyperlanes :-)

Updated for 2.0. Hyperlanes changed to the new blue color used in 2.0

Is it possible to request a version which ONLY hides hyperlanes in FoW and doesn't otherwise change the colour scheme or brightness? 2.0 default blue seems like a happy medium between visibility and not-obnoxiously bright.

My thanks for your mod in any event!

Awesome! I'm so glad it's still compatible, this mod just adds so much to the overall feel of the game.

@The Sandvich Overlord

Haven't tested it yet, but it should still be compatible. I don't believe 1.7 changed anything that this mod uses.

Actually, looking at that date it was last updated, I do not believe so. Unfortunate, as this mod is amazing.

Is this 1.7 compatible?

Thanks for keeping V1, helps make a better game.

I agree

I actually prefer this mod over V2, as V2 just adds and changes too much, while this one keeps it simple and to the point.

1.6 compatible?
