I found this once in a kiosk along with fidget spinners. I was really hoping that this could've been a thing since just like what Vega said, is pretty calming.

@Fredbear[FAZ]: I think it was originally intended for the types of people who need such a device (those with ADD, ADHD, anxiety disorders, et cetera) and/or just an office toy. However, it ended up becoming a trend for some reason.
