That was an interesting trip. I did a quiet trip up the grade with a Black 5 and 2 coaches.
I think I may come back down the hill by car.

At evan foot station the southbound platform has not got a green line saying that its a platform instead its got a orange line which means destinations so that will need to be fixed.

Thanks Ben . If you look at google earth you will see there is not much more scenery on the climb up in real life. LOL. but I know what you mean.

A really good route! Love the railway and landscape but needs more 3D scenery but really good!

The section of this line between Leadhills and Wanlockhead (almost) , has been in the news as it is now a narrow gauge tourist line and was used as a replacement rail service when the road was closed for repair. I thought you might like an idea of what the old line was like. This is just a bit of fun so hopefully you enjoy the challenge of aprox 7.5 miles at a average gradient of 1 in 42 from Elvanfoot on the WCML up to Leadhills and Wanlockhead.
