I got tactical bombers but had no way to give them bombs so they are useless.

@Inquerion Redux has its ways, especially with the german focus tree overhaul, but i have to wonder how many times a day the devs get hit by complaints that they removed the alt history germany tree, the whole plan is they'll add it into the game next update.

I agree, Redux was fun and for years far better than this, but now they keep killing the mod. Oh and they embraced censhorship, especially on their Discord (current Redux devs are left wing).

Hopefully someone will create another WW1 mod, maybe Great War Redux Classic Edition or something.

how i miss this mod, the comments on the redux have been removed so im coming to vent my anger here, the redux mod was fun, cool and a improvement, but after the recent updates the mod just doesnt feel the same, kinda a shame since theres 1000 ways to make the great war cool, but now all the fun alternative history has been removed cuz it isnt "realistic" and it just feels dull, all the soul is gone

@Ronin I agree, and there's even a WIP mod for that. Though Late Medieval to Cold war would take weeks to finish (Per Game), and adding so much content would make the game crash or extremely laggy just like Millenium dawn.

This mod flags as wrong version on the launcher but seems to load fine.

It also seems superior to the Redux version as not only does it give you 3 different starting dates (before, during and after the war) but it has the vanilla tech tree still in so you can actually continue playing after WW1 and eventually reach (or try to avoid) WW2 and have all of that tech. For some reason the Redux version cuts off at 1924. I'd have thought anyone wanting earlier state dates is usually looking to play a longer campaign, not have it artificially cut short. The vanilla game tech cut off makes sense but I downloaded this, saw it was outdated, downloaded the Redux and was just disappointed when the tech tree/focus was cut off so early.

I'd kill to be able to play from Late Medieval all the way up to the Cold War in one game.
