Since Plazas & Promenades DLC, the previous mod for selecting the metro stops properly has been deprecated. To use all tracks easily, please subscribe the " Advanced Stop Selection Revisited 2.0 " mod and push "Shift" while choosing the tracks.

After hours of testing, I can confirm that this is NOT broken for me since Sunset Harbour. Posting this in case people try to troubleshoot.

@t1a2l This kind of station, where the platforms touch each other, is unfortunately not compatible with MOM. And there is no chance to make it compatible, cause there is (currently?) so far as I know no option in MOM, which could realize it.
