It could be the old deformable slanted angle blocks. The ones that were not rounded but had 2 different angles. I know they removed them from the G menu quite a while ago, but blueprints using those blocks still worked. If they have finally removed those blocks from game, it could be those that are generating that warning.

So again... what mod is in the ship? Your drones have have some mod as well

Nope no mods. The warning is likely brick limit
