+rep works after reloading game. -use in console if you want to stop auto-pressing the use key.

For it to work, put the "hostage.bsp" map file ( located in ...csgo/maps/workshop/491546786) in the "maps" folder in your csgo directory (...common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps), then restart CSGO and load the map using "map hostage casual" command, or CSGO won't recognize the game as multiplayer and the achievement will be locked.

+rep. Just holding down the 'E' key is also quite comfortable since you spawn right in front of the hostage. The "+use" command is wonderful. Typed it and went to make coffee, had the "100 hostages" achievement by the time my coffee was ready.
