It seems to have some problems. Whenever I put down the stand, it always shoots. The strange thing is that my bullets are not reduced. If I keep aiming, it will shoot constantly. Bullets have not decreased

glitches your camera plus horrible animations, don't download.
Far 4. Sep. 2016 um 12:36
It is possible that the animations for RPK have been updated, while this mod's animations haven't.
In any case, I recommend using this mod instead: RPK-74M
idc 4. Sep. 2016 um 12:29
So the RPK just zooms in less with the scopes than some of the other guns?
Far 22. Aug. 2016 um 13:19
This is running default Insurgency animations, including the optic's deltas.
idc 22. Aug. 2016 um 12:20
I absolutely love this mod, however there is an insane problem with it. The scopes' magnifications r too little. I tested this out by putting a 4x on the SKS and aiming, and then on this RPK, and found out that the scopes on this gun don't magnify properly

Why is your rear sight so wide?This is not CoD lol
Danne Mannen 7. Feb. 2016 um 4:05
All the player models that uses the modern rpk does have a strange grip on it, is there any way for this to be fixed? I would really appreciate it.
davegoesintothemonolith 5. Nov. 2015 um 17:18
Out of the dozen mod/skins i have this i the BEST, I LOVE THIS GUN, I'm assuming the night sights on the iron sight are from the skin, its really just a fun version of the rpk. THANK YOU!
Fredipedia  [Autor] 23. Okt. 2015 um 0:43
That is very difficult, because the pkm/m60 machinguns are belt-fed, while the rpk is magazine fed. that is more or less the only problem, but its a huge problem
[col] panopticon 22. Okt. 2015 um 18:15
I wonder, is it possible to design an PKM or an M60 to replace the RPK?
Geno Killer 14. Okt. 2015 um 7:07
I wanted to ask what kind of gloves is he using? They look awesome.
z3dog 5. Okt. 2015 um 9:04
Ah, thank you.
Fredipedia  [Autor] 5. Okt. 2015 um 8:25
its's the fnp-45 by farengar, released by me :)
z3dog 5. Okt. 2015 um 7:42
Ok, what pistol and pistol sight is that in the second picture? It looks freaking awesome. I need that pistol in my life.
Creed and Creatine 6. Sep. 2015 um 6:08

Marshman220 17. Aug. 2015 um 18:11

Xkire 5. Aug. 2015 um 5:52

phale 26. Juli 2015 um 22:16
Any chance we could get a "classic" RPK with the original BF4 texture? Kind of like this: http://www.moddb.com/members/phale/images/rpk-drum#imagebox

@Hero of Gotbread Shitty:
It's a map for testing scopes/animations. It has short loading time, so I used it for the ads screenshot because I forgot to take one.
BlackCockDown 17. Juli 2015 um 5:49
What is the map in the last screencap?
Griz 16. Juli 2015 um 17:09
Imagine this mod's handguard, an ergonomic pistol grip, an aftermarket muzzle brake, and a Magpul CTR on an AK74. It would be pretty tacticool.
Kathie 14. Juli 2015 um 18:19
Is it possible to darken/sharpen the weapon texture a bit. Looks rather textureless right now.
Far 13. Juli 2015 um 9:11
@NathanDark:
It's not a new model, just a modification of the original weapon, but you might want to check it out:
MK 46 Mod 1

@Backpain:
The gloves are from a mod I linked two comments back, and the sleeves are the default ones. I merely changed their hue adn brightness.
FallenGrace 13. Juli 2015 um 8:59
Well Anyone ever make a new model for the security machingun? the m249
BACKPAIN 13. Juli 2015 um 8:54
what is the clothing u wear with the dark pixeled camo and gloves? :o
kiba3x 13. Juli 2015 um 8:02
Can Farengar do a desert version?
SkarFace 12. Juli 2015 um 20:28

@CharcoalAttack!:
You can get the original tan gloves here:

CharcoalAttack! 12. Juli 2015 um 13:20
This is an off topic question,but where did you get the gloves?

can you change the ak-74 for a ak-102? (you can find a ak-102 model frome mgs4)
Novaoni 11. Juli 2015 um 18:36
tfw no rpk-12
DIS Bee 11. Juli 2015 um 12:27
the stock is abhorrent everything else is pretty tight.
Admiral Monkey 11. Juli 2015 um 11:04
The stock does look really out of place when someone else is using it but the rest looks really cool!
Otter 10. Juli 2015 um 19:05
When you're using it, it looks really nice, but when it's on the ground or someone else is using it, the stock looks really out of place. Like it's cut off the M4 and pasted on.
KAMIKAZ 10. Juli 2015 um 18:37

@Hacobo:
Well, for starters you should know something about animating for Source in general, and you should know how to work with animations in whatever 3D editor you use. There is a rig for Insurgency made for 3ds Max, but it is also possible to do animate without using proper rig, it's just a bit more time consuming. As far as I'm concerned, learning the basics is not very hard, but making quality animations takes years of experience.

Also, consider that making belt-fed LMG replace RPK is not the best idea, there are way too many issues with reloading.
Jacob 9. Juli 2015 um 11:45
@ Farengar Hey. I hope I am not asking the wrong person. Do you know what I would need to know to make animations specific to Insurgency? Just curious, because it is something I have been wanting to try. I'm sure it would still take time. But the PKM like Rosewood was saying sounds awesome. So certainly it may be something I would like to do. Though the reload time difference would be potentially a pain. I would probably just have to find a way to make it work. May not look the best, but still. Anyways, what specifically would I need to know for this particular game to get it done?
Far 9. Juli 2015 um 10:49
@ Rosewood:
Nope, that would require reanimation, and reload times wouldn't really fit. Also, animating moving ammo belt is way beyond my abilities.
