I found the cannibal saber
I am still actively looking for the seller.
And some sabres are sold in the scraphouse.

The Off world Smuggler sells it. He is hidden on the map. And the cannibal made of Meat has the saber.

a saber is available in the cannibal capital

But I can’t find any seller of a sword
