it seems good and above quality ingredients can't be used for simple meals, and excellent and above ingredients can't be used for fine meals, even if the filter is changed

Added some additional setting for min/max qualities when harvested/butchered/spawned in trader inventories and some additional thoughts for Legendary and Masterwork quality raw tasty food
