Okay, I think I fixed it. I posted the fix in discussions.

It kind of works. The speed is much lower when reloading saves, and messing with the options seems to break the speed. It's as if it is multiplying the already multiplied current speed instead of replacing it. If you apply 2.4 - 2.5 a few times, then all values above 1 are really fast.

This is a little bit inconsistent, sometimes the hood opens normally, sometimes it opens in a split second. changing the mod options doesn't seem to do anything.

My mod does not change the whole file, but changes only one value as it was planned, I speed up the opening of the hood, on the screenshot you can see how I do it

The author of the mod that you attached, changes the whole file, but changes the same one digit as me, but by replacing the file completely, solving the issue, although this is not correct and causes errors from other mods that also need this file

Why this is better than "[B41/B42] Faster Hood Opening"?
Should i change that mod whith this one? Benefits?
