Fast opening of the car hood

Description
The mod allows you to quickly open the hood in Project Zomboid, unlike other mods to quickly open the hood, it does not overwrite the classes of the game and allows you to increase compatibility with other mods, as well as not break the mods for new menus mechanics of the car

@Karbantms, Please use my code and your corrected code to create a separate mod. I'm in the Army and don't have access to a computer. I'm very sorry, but this will last for a little less than a year. Please release the corrected mod for people to use. :spiffo:

Okay, I think I fixed it. I posted the fix in discussions.

It kind of works. The speed is much lower when reloading saves, and messing with the options seems to break the speed. It's as if it is multiplying the already multiplied current speed instead of replacing it. If you apply 2.4 - 2.5 a few times, then all values above 1 are really fast.

Привет. Благодарю за мод) Можешь добавить в код проверку на то, что функция уже пропатчена? Сейчас при изменении значения в настройках она патчится снова, приводя к тому, что множитель наслаивается. О данной проблеме писал @Jabrolsky.

This is a little bit inconsistent, sometimes the hood opens normally, sometimes it opens in a split second. changing the mod options doesn't seem to do anything.
