The square shape of the ears reminds me more of Set than Anubis.

hat is not too big in tf2 they are biger hats like crone dome it go higher and much on back like this hat so its not problem :)

Wow love the detail, and the variety of color options. Would be cool to have a little gold ankh or scarab beetle broach on the neck.
