Same problem as everyone else, but it looks like Pack Mule v2 can do the same thing that this mod does: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3540903327

You'll have to go in with -debug mode and do what the mod page says to enable the options you want. It worked for me when I found it yesterday after 42.12 dropped.

sad because it was great mod and if you decided to step away from modding that's actually even more sad because this is a great mod and you managed to fix issues that similar mods had which was for example weird transparency bug etc

I’m gonna step away from modding, I can’t find the time to play or maintain these mods anymore. Got some real life stuff I need to focus on that’s more important right now, so feel free to takeover and update them, and thanks to everyone who enjoyed them.

will this be updated to work with the Tarp Sling Bag? It doesn't with with the new Tarp Bag

@mustang there's already a duffelbag slot mod and imo, this one should *not* add duffel bags to the satchel slot.
Satchels are a bit more storage, good for carrying a meds or tool bag but wearing a second duffel bag starts to edge on being excessive, if you want more duffel bags, equip them in your hand slots.

Can you please add support to wear Duffle Bag (along side Same Bag Different Color
mod) on the Satchel slot please.

@Mozar I rarely use Common Sense anymore because of how much it conflicts with certain mods i have. Common Sense is a nice mod yes but, it has a number of incompatibilities

@Mozar go to the common sense mod comment section thats the mod causing it, theres temporary fix there

confirmed working on new version... this should not cause problems with anything especially with drinking.

i just saw theres a lastest updated today, will check on it but i am sure this wont cause a problem with it its probably other mods or vanilla problem

Hey there. Great mod, but today, after latest update, I encountered a bug. Somehow wearing satchel makes cheracter unable to drink or fill bottles using water sources. Still possible to wash. Any possible reasons why? (satchel uses a slot that covers mouth? idk) Incompatibility with some other mods or something?

Nice to see you added the Sheet Sling Bags as an option (i called it a sheet bag by accident). This might sound stupid but, does this work with Vanilla Duffel Bag Tweak (I like to be a pack mule when i can)?

only other backpack related mod I have is the dynamic backpack upgrades mod, i've unsubbed from it and will try agan

you're probably using another mod that overwrites satchel attachment type :>

this isn't working for me. the satchel just replaces the backpack like normal.

the rendering issue happens because it's using the fannypack slot, but it can be fixed by making a custom location. i want to keep it vanilla friendly, so i won’t change the default stats.

if y’all want custom locations for other wearables, just ask. i’ll probably use them in my own game too.

that's really nice, thank you, every other satchel mod both for B41 and B42 had issues with rendering, this did bother me a lot because I care how my characters looks, also the fact that there's separate location I think is really nice too because I think irl you could also wear it with anything just fine so I guess it's still balanced because now character strength will be the limit

also vanilla stats work especially nice with inventory tetris

Also one more thing it now retains the vanilla stats so simply this mod just now make custom body location for satchel.

@Rex87 Just updated... it took some time because I'm lazy to update haha just work on it earlier. Now satchel has custom body location. Fixed clipping with vest and u can now wear it with anything.

that will be really nice because this mod is perfect, doesn't add anything else keeps everything simple by adding way to wear satchel with backpack without altering its stats so it's very balanced too, especially with inventory Tetris is really nice because of very lmited backpack space.

I'll make custom body location for this soon enough instead of taking fannypack slot, maybe that'll fix it.

@Rex87 probably clipping/rendering issue on b42

while wearing satchel with vest at the same time satchel is getting see through holes, is there way to fix this? very nice and simple mod but while wearing both satchel isn't rendering right

yea its possible but that is not part of the scope of this mod

how does this work exactly? I have a medical satchel but it just replaces the Hiking backpack I have equipped....and yea I put this on top of the mod list.....
