I just realized it's like a goat's / Tamm's skull, with that hole in the horn looking creating a more haunting appearance through its empty hallow abyss. I love it.

Pretty damn nice! My only slight nit-pick is the fact that the spikes in the skin's head aren't more infested dagger blades of some sort, although I'm sure you've played around with that idea at some point lol
