is it just me or when the bolt pull back the sound it makes is slower than the animation, like u can see the animation but not the sound at first

I would like to use this for my AWP but I can't because its large file size will likely cause my game to suffer the occasional low-FPS-and-no-audio glitch in certain parts of any custom campaign. If someone makes a compressed version of this mod (its file size should be around 15-30 MB), I would appreciate it.
